The days and nights of melting are over.
The air-con at the kings head is fixed.
Well to be more acurrate the two units at the bar end have been fixed. That leaves the one by the entrance to go which should happen in the next couple of weeks.
So for the coolest venue in town come to the Kings head every Monday.
Regulars may wish to bring a scarf!
The Air con-versation
It's been hot the last few weeks, some might say tropical.
It's all been due to the faulty air-con which has been blowing but not cooling.
A man was called and he came and had a look.
He has told the management that it's time for a replacement which will cost many thousands.
The management have said it will have to wait until budgets permit!
At the moment it's ok with cold air circulating in.
Lets hope it can be fixed before summer 2010.
Meanwhile please bring the necessary extra top/ towel etc.
I'm going to discuss the possibility of fans etc.
